About Us

We are a firm of Consulting Building Surveyors, being one of the founding members of the profession and have practiced in the field of Building Surveying for over 30 years. During this time we have consulted to a large number of organisations both in the private and government areas on a number of diverse projects. As an example we have worked on such diverse projects as Darnham Park high rise milk drying plant, construction of a new metropolitan hospital at Epping, numerous residential towers, reconstruction of the majority of metropolitan fire brigade stations for the past 20 years. In addition we have worked on many factories, warehouses, shopping centres and domestic residences.

The Principals of the company are Tony Stokes and Samuel Perna. Tony is highly experienced in all facets of the Building Regulations. Samuel also has a great deal of experience in all facets of the Building Surveying industry, spreading across the fields of industrial buildings through to multi-storey residential projects.

Tony and Samuel have a combined experience of over 50 years and have a detailed understanding of the Building Regulations which they use to work closely with the project professionals.
