ERA

ERA (Easy Reporting Access) is an online reporting system designed to be used by a varied level of personnel involved in property and property management from commercial office buildings to hospitals and nursing homes.

In establishing ERA Stokes Perna carries out an extensive consultation with the client to ascertain what systems and items they require monitoring, once this is established Stokes Perna carries out a site inspection if required to ensure relevant logbooks are implemented to required Australian Standards and legislation.

When all information is gathered Stokes Pena’s purpose written Australian Standards compliant logbooks are implemented on site, these logbooks are then used by the maintenance personnel when inspections and testing is undertaken and all results are either posted via self addressed prepaid envelopes or faxed to Stokes Perna. Once tests sheets are forwarded to Stokes Perna these are then reviewed, scanned and logged into ERA.

Once the test sheets are stored in ERA this information is able to be viewed either by defects only for a specific site or sites or all test results and view test records individually for the item. This can be further refined using item, date, or status for the item. ERA also provides a log sheet for each entry fault so status updates or correspondence can be viewed on progress for rectification.
