Are You Compliant?
As a firm of Essential Safety Auditors, we are one of the founding members of the profession and have practiced in this field for approximately 18 years. During that time we have consulted to a large number of organisations on the maintenance of Essential Safety Measures, a sample range of these organisations being:
- Affinity Health, Ramsay Health Care, Healthscope, Retirement Care Australia and South-West Health Care
- The Metropolitan Fire & Emergency Services Board
- Swinburne University of Technology
- National Gallery of Victoria
During our inspection of a building we prepare an inventory of those items that are identified as Essential Safety Measures under Part I of the BCA.
We will audit the contractors’ documents to ensure that the contractors are carrying out the required inspections as prescribed by the relevant Australian Standards of the Building Control Commission Essential Safety Measures Maintenance Manual.
If the documents are in accordance with the relevant Standards, we will issue the required certificate stating that the building is in accordance with the Essential Safety Measures Requirements of the Building Regulations and the Building Code of Australia.
