As a firm of consulting planners with 20 years experience, we have consulted with organisations in both private and government sectors on diverse projects such as the approval of Latrobe Regional Hospital, the proposed Epsom Racecourse rezoning, the Bunnings Stores Roll-out Program, and the Dulux Clayton Redevelopment project.

We have also negotiated approvals on a number of “roll-out" programs such as the Dulux Impressions stores, Vintage Cellars stores, the Keg Restaurants and Medicare offices.

When we are appointed to a project we inspect the site and liaise with the Project Architect and other specialist consultants.

We also carry out a search of Council records and carry out the necessary discussions with council officers with respect to this project.

We then prepare the necessary reports for submission to Council and lodge it with council.

During this period we normally carry out the normal discussions with council and other interested parties.
